  1. How are the meals prepared?

    Our meals are prepared in top-notch facilities and include very high-quality, whole-food ingredients. All meals are weighed and portioned so that the nutritional composition of each item matches the nutritional panel of the meal. Additionally, all of our meals are made without the use of preservatives.

  2. What makes the meals on Quest Keto different from other frozen meals?

    The meals on Quest Keto are all meals that are high in fat, adequate in protein, and low in net carbohydrate. These meals are uniquely suited to provide convenient, affordable nutritional solutions to folks who are into a ketogenic lifestyle.   3. Can I eat these meals with other foods, too?

    Yes, you can eat these meals with other foods, or you can eat them exclusively. If you do choose to eat our meals with other foods, we recommend that the other items you're eating are also high-fat, adequate-protein, and low-net carbohydrate foods with similar nutritional profiles to our foods.

  4. How long can I keep the meals frozen for?

    Each meal that is made has a "best by" date based on its date of production. This will be clearly stated on the package. The "best by" date will vary by meal.

    All of our meals are in the range of approximately 250 to 500 calories, plus or minus 20-30 calories. All meals are portioned when prepared so that their nutritional contents match the label on the package.

    Yes, we have meal options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as snack items.

  10. Are there allergens present in your manufacturing facility?

    We work diligently in preventing all forms of cross-contamination with foods, but we cannot guarantee with certainty that our meals will not have cross contamination. Our meals are made in a facility that processes items containing wheat, dairy, soy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. If you have highly sensitive allergies, please keep this in mind when purchasing our meals.

  15. Can I thaw a meal before cooking it?

    Yes, you can thaw a meal in a refrigerator before cooking it. Please note that thawing a meal before cooking may result in a faster cooking time, so be prepared to cook the food for slightly less time than you normally would.

  16. Can I use an oven instead of a microwave?

    Yes, you can use an oven instead of a microwave. All meals have cooking and re-heating instructions on them. For meals that can use microwaves, ovens, and toaster ovens for re-heating, please follow the specific instructions on the packaging to enjoy the meals in the best manner possible.

  17. Is it safe to microwave the meals in the plastic container they come in?

    As long as you follow the instructions on the package, you can microwave the meals in the container they come in. Follow all procedural recommendations on the package to enjoy the best possible experience with our meals.

  18. What can I do if a meal is undercooked?

    All of our meals’ cooking times are calibrated according to an in-house microwave. If your meal is undercooked, it is likely that the microwave you're using is operating at a lower wattage than the calibration microwave. Simply re-heat for slightly longer and make sure that the internal temperature of the food uniformly reaches at temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

    After going to Quest Keto, select all of the meals and quantities of the items that you would like to buy, adding them to your shopping cart. Once you have added all of the desired items for purchase to your shopping cart, check out by filling in your shipping address, billing address, and payment information.

  24. Where can you ship to?

    We currently ship to 48 U.S. states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

  25. Can you ship to hotels or Airbnb locations?

    Yes, we can ship to any physical location. Please make sure that you place your order in a manner where your food will arrive on the day of your arrival. Generally, hotels will not allow packages to be delivered to hotel rooms unless the name on the package matches the name on the account holding the hotel room, so make sure that the name of the individual holding the hotel room is the name used for shipping. Additionally, please be sure to notify your hotel that you are expecting a package to avoid any confusion. Please review our shipping chart below to estimate your delivery.

  26. How much is shipping?

    Our shipping rates vary depending upon how many meals are in the order, how much coolant is needed to maintain food safety during transit, where the package is being sent, and the size of the perishable cooler needed for the shipment. At the latest, your shipment will arrive two days after placing your order if the order is made in time for our processing deadline of 8 a.m. pacific time Monday through Wednesday.   29. When are orders shipped?

    All orders placed before 8 a.m. pacific time Monday through Wednesday will be processed and shipped out the same day, arriving the following day or via two-day delivery depending on your location.

  30. All orders placed after 8 a.m. pacific time Monday or Tuesday will be processed and shipped the following business day (overnight or two-day delivery depending on your location). If you place your order after 8am PST on Wednesday, your order will not go through until the following Monday. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a FedEx tracking number and information on how you can track the status of your package.

  31. How are the meals shipped?

    All of our meals are shipped in a cooler with ample coolant (dry ice) and insulation to allow for the meals to arrive in great condition.

  32. What do I do when my order arrives?

    Simply open the shipping box and cooler, and place your meals in a freezer. If you plan on consuming the meals within a few days, you can store them in a refrigerator to thaw until you re-heat them. Please note that thawing is not a necessary step for re-heating the meals, but it can speed up the re-heating process.

  33. What if I am not home when my order is delivered?

    Some orders will arrive in the morning, so there is potential for an order to arrive when you're not home. We pack all of our meals with ample cooling materials to ensure they remain safe to eat. Having said that, our shipping process was designed to keep foods safe to eat for the duration of the shipment, but we cannot guarantee the food will remain safe to eat if a box sits for a prolonged period of time after being delivered to its destination. We recommend planning ahead and coordinating a friend, family member, or neighbor to be present at the delivery address if you're unavailable so that someone is available to take the delivered box and put its contents into a freezer. Additionally, if you work relatively close to your delivery location, we recommend arranging a quick trip home to put the items in a freezer. is not responsible for spoiled food after delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to plan accordingly for the estimated arrival of the shipment and arrange to put the meals in the freezer immediately after the shipment has arrived.

  34. Can the Styrofoam coolers be recycled?
